This is the M-Sustain, a mouth controlled sustain pedal which lets wheel-chair using pianists control sustain on digital instruments. The sustain is activated by biting down on a sensor unit, and the signal is sent over Bluetooth MIDI.

This option is for 9 units, each with 4 button units, everything 3d-printed in black PLA. All shipped together.
